Technologies: PL/SQL, Oracle, Java, JBOSS, Tomcat, Jenkins, Jira, GIT, BitBucket, Jasper Reports I have been working exclusively in support of the Production environment for around 6 years and also have a technical profile. My routine is to give support to the customer, i also analyze code on a daily basis, whether to understand business rules or to find the point of error and send it to the development team, explaining the flow of the code and even suggesting how to correct it. I also care about understanding what is being delivered to the customer. I monitor demand from service, send to development team, testing and delivery to the customer. Analyzing the pull request, commit, to check if the solution will actually work on the client. I also send corrections (PL/SQL and Java .war objects) to the client and scripts for solving problems in the Production environment. Experience on troubleshooting problems involving the entire payment flow. Payment types DOC, TED, Boleto, DARF, GPS, among others. Participation in the Modernização da Cobrança de Boletos project, a project originating from Nuclea (ex Câmara Interbancária de Pagamentos - CIP) with the aim of modernizing the speed of boletos liquidation. Analysis of Oracle slowness issues involving payments, checking if the sql_id has the most performant execution plan, statistics collection, Oracle AWR Report Analysis, Oracle SQL Tuning Advisor.
